Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are based on your order and
destination. We are currently shipping to the continental USA, Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Depending on your order it will be shipped via FedEx
Ground, UPS or United States Postal Service. Most orders will be
processed within a 24 hour time frame and delivered in 3 - 7 business
days after the order is processed.

Refund
Policy
Please notify Sosa Martial Arts of any issues that you may have with your order by
Email or phone. If you are requesting a refund or exchange, you will be assigned
A confirmation number, that will need to be enclosed with your return/exchange.
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), and suitable for resale may be returned in their original packaging for exchange or refund within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Any item that has been used or shows signs of wear may not be returned. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returned merchandise.
Exchanges for different sizes of uniforms, protective equipment and Sparring gear will be allowed for SAME merchandise only. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Return shipping and handling fees
Will be based on the price of the exchanged item.
Video Tapes are non-refundable once seal is broken. If defective, you may exchange for the exact same title.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
All Weapons sales are final.
All returns and exchanges should arrive insured and freight prepaid in original package.
When damage occurs during delivery, claims must be made directly to the delivering carrier.
